In this document, "wintk", "platform", "site" or "we" refers to the website https://wintklogin.cam and all services connected to it. "User", "you" or "member" refers to any person registered on this platform.

"Services" refers to wintk's online sports betting, casino games, live casino, slots, bingo and other gaming activities. "Account" refers to the individual profile created for each user upon registration.

These terms apply from the moment an account is created on wintk and remain in force for as long as the account is active. Using any part of the platform constitutes full acceptance of these terms.

To open an account on wintk, you must complete the registration form with accurate and complete information. Opening an account with false information is a serious violation and may result in immediate account termination.

2.1 Single Account Requirement

Each person may hold only one account. If the same person operates multiple accounts, all accounts will be closed and any funds held may be forfeited. This rule also applies when multiple accounts are used from the same household or the same device.

2.2 Login Credential Security

It is your responsibility to keep your username and password completely confidential. Sharing this information with any third party is strictly prohibited. If unauthorised access to your account occurs, you must notify the wintk support team immediately.

2.3 Updating Your Information

If any personal details change (mobile number, email address, etc.), you must update your profile promptly. wintk is not responsible for any payment issues arising from outdated or incorrect information.

All wintk services are for persons aged 21 or older only. Providing false information about your age at the time of registration is strictly prohibited.

The platform may at any time request a copy of a national identity card, passport or birth certificate from a user for identity verification purposes. Withdrawals may be held until the verification process is complete.

The approved payment methods for deposits and withdrawals on wintk are: bKash, Nagad, Rocket and Upay. The minimum deposit and minimum withdrawal are both ৳500.

4.1 Deposit Terms

The payment account used for deposits must be registered in the user's own name. Depositing using another person's account is prohibited. All deposits are processed in Bangladeshi Taka.

4.2 Withdrawal Terms

Withdrawals may only be made to the same payment method used for the deposit. Withdrawals are generally processed within 5–30 minutes. Withdrawals may be held if any active bonus wagering requirement has not been met.

4.3 Fraudulent Transactions

If any transaction is considered fraudulent or suspicious, wintk reserves the right to hold the relevant withdrawal and conduct an investigation. If evidence of money laundering or illegal activity is found, the account will be terminated.

The wintk welcome bonus is a 200% bonus on the first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳15,000. To withdraw this bonus, the bonus amount must be wagered 10 times.

5.1 Bonus Calculation Example

For example: depositing ৳1,000 earns a bonus of ৳2,000, giving a total balance of ৳3,000. The wagering required to withdraw this bonus is: ৳2,000 × 10 = ৳20,000.

5.2 Bonus Usage Rules

• Bonuses may only be used to place bets on eligible games.
• A new bonus cannot be activated while a promotional offer is already active.
• Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly — withdrawal is only possible once wagering is complete.
• wintk reserves the right to modify or cancel any bonus for specific reasons.
• Claiming the same bonus from multiple accounts is prohibited.

5.3 VIP Cashback

The VIP programme has three tiers: Bronze (up to 0.5% cashback per week), Silver (up to 1.0% cashback) and Gold (up to 1.5% cashback). Cashback is calculated on the net loss for the week. Example: if a Silver member has a net weekly loss of ৳20,000, the cashback is ৳20,000 × 1.0% = ৳200.

wintk offers various gaming services including sports betting, casino games, live casino and slots. Each game or betting market has its own rules, which should be checked before starting a game.

6.1 Betting Decisions

Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be cancelled or changed. Where odds change or an event is cancelled, wintk will follow its established rules. If a bet is accepted incorrectly due to a technical error, wintk reserves the right to void it.

6.2 Maximum Win Limits

wintk may set limits on the amount that can be won on a single bet or in a single gaming session. The applicable maximum limit for a specific game or market is stated on the relevant game page.

6.3 Match Fixing and Manipulation

If evidence of match fixing, manipulation or gaining an unfair advantage is found against any user, the account will be closed immediately and all winning claims will be voided.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the wintk platform:

• Operating multiple accounts or claiming bonuses more than once.
• Using bots, automated software or artificial intelligence to play games.
• Attempting to access another user's account or hacking.
• Deliberately exploiting technical errors or vulnerabilities on the platform.
• Money laundering or transacting with illegal funds.
• Providing false information to wintk staff or attempting fraud.
• Misconduct towards or threatening other users.

Involvement in any of the prohibited activities listed above will result in permanent account closure and any funds held may be forfeited.

wintk reserves the right to temporarily suspend or permanently close any account at its discretion. Where possible, the user will be notified in advance or immediately at the time of such action.

8.1 Voluntary Account Closure

Users may also close their account at any time. In that case, the opportunity to withdraw any remaining balance will be provided, however any active bonuses will be cancelled.

8.2 Suspension under Responsible Gaming

Under the Responsible Gaming policy, a user may themselves request a temporary restriction or closure of their account. This can be done through the support team.

10.1 Force Majeure

wintk will not be liable for any compensation if services are disrupted due to natural disasters, government orders, war or any other extraordinary circumstances beyond wintk's control.

wintk reserves the right to change these terms and conditions at any time. Notice will be sent on the platform and to the registered email address before any changes are made. Continued use of the platform after a change takes effect will be considered acceptance of the new terms.

These terms are governed by applicable laws and regulations. Both parties will first attempt to resolve any legal dispute through discussion.
